Egdon Resources plc (AIM:EDR) the UK-based onshore exploration and production company primarily focused on the hydrocarbon-producing basins of the UK and Europe, announces that its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 July 2012 will be announced on Monday 5 November 2012.
An analyst meeting will be held at 9.30am on 5 November 2012 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN.
