Jupiter Asset Management Limited ("Jupiter") notified Ormonde on 15 July 2010 that following a transaction in Ormonde shares on 14 July 2010 Jupiter now has voting rights (indirectly) over 12,828,250 ordinary shares in Ormonde amounting to 5.554% of the issued share capital. All shares are held in the name of Nortrust Nominees Limited.
