NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS

Regus plc, the world’s largest provider of flexible workplaces, will announce its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2013 on Tuesday 27 August 2013.

Mark Dixon, Chief Executive Officer, and Dominique Yates, Chief Financial Officer, will host a presentation on the day for analysts and investors at 09.30am. Further details will be sent a week prior to the event.
