Kiln PLC14 July 2005 Kiln plc Please be advised that Kiln plc was notified on Wednesday 13th July 2005 that,as at Tuesday 12th July 2005, following a sale of 664,747 shares, BriTel FundTrustees Limited, the Trustees of BT Pension Scheme, had an interest in6,101,367 ordinary shares of Kiln plc representing 2.991% of the issued sharecapital.
