The Company received notification on 22 May 2012 that, following a purchase made today, Mr Christopher Ranson has a beneficial interest in 12,305,605 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents 3.00 per cent of the Company's issued voting share capital.
Mr Ranson also holds warrants to subscribe for 2 million ordinary shares.
