Felix Group PLC14 August 2006 FELIX GROUP PLC ("the Company") 14 August 2006 Notification of Interest The Company has been informed by a letter dated 8 August 2006 that, following atransaction in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") on 7August 2006, New Star Asset Management Limited ("NSAM") is interested in anaggregate of 14,412,463 Shares which represents a holding of 7.8% of the totalissued shares capital of 182,658,226 Shares ("Total Shares"). In the sameletter, the Company has also been informed that, following the same transactionreferred to above, NSAM's client, New Star Hedge Fund Limited is now interestedin 9,879,417 Shares in the Company which represents a holding of 5.4% of theTotal Shares.
