Notification of Director's circumstances
The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY) ("Sirius" or the "Company") provide a procedural update.
Further to the director appointment announcement of 27 July 2015 and pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company has been notified by Jane Lodge, an independent non-executive director of the Company, that Moorgate Industries Limited formerly known as Stemcor Holdings Limited was placed into protective administration on 2 October 2015 as part of a larger creditor restructuring of the group.
