Notification of Bond Buybacks
Αthens, April 7, 2015 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), announces that further to the Company's announcement dated 9/7/2014, its subsidiary OTE plc, has repurchased a principal amount of EUR 70,550,000 in aggregate from the 4.625 per cent Notes due 20 May 2016 (ISIN: XS0275776283). The repurchased Notes have been surrendered for cancellation. Following the repurchase, the outstanding principal amount of the Notes is EUR 629,450,000.
