Mulberry Group PLC03 April 2006 MULBERRY GROUP PLC (the "Company") 3 April 2006 Notification of Board Changes John Rogers (sourcing director) will retire from the Board on 7 April 2006 after19 years service. On behalf of all shareholders I would like to record theCompany's thanks to John for his contribution to the company and his involvementin the turnaround that has been achieved in the last 3 years. We wish him a longand happy retirement. Also, I would like to thank John for the successfulconclusion of the succession plan which has involved recruitment and thereorganisation of the sourcing team, which was completed in 2005.
