26.04.2017 - Report 19/2017: Information on receiving the notification from Oppenheimer Funds Inc. on reducing it's stake below the 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank |
The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that on 26 April, 2017 the Bank received notification from Oppenheimer Funds Inc. ("OFI") about reducing below 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank, as a result of the sale of shares in stock exchange transaction on 24th April, 2017.
Prior to the disposal, the OFI owned 13,739,973 shares in the Bank, constituting 5,23% of the overall number of shares in the Bank, corresponding to the same number and percentage of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank.
As of the end of the day 24 April, 2017 the OFI held 12,790,047 shares in Bank, i.e. 4,87% of the overall number of shares in the Bank, corresponding to the same number and percentage of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank.
Legal basis:
Par. 70 section 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offerings and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to an Organized System of Trading, and on Public Companies (Dz. U. 2016, item 1639).
