27.04.2017 - Report 20/2017: Information on receiving the notification from Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company on reducing by Oppenheimer Funds Inc. it's stake below the 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank |
The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that on 27 April, 2017 the Bank received notification from Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company ("MassMutual"), the parent company of Oppenheimer Funds Inc. ("OFI"), about reducing by OFI below 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank, as a result of the sale of shares by OFI in stock exchange transaction on 24th April, 2017.
Prior to the disposal, the OFI owned 13,739,973 shares in the Bank, constituting 5,23% of the overall number of shares in the Bank, corresponding to the same number and percentage of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank.
As of the end of the day 24 April, 2017 the OFI held 12,790,047 shares in Bank, i.e. 4,87% of the overall number of shares in the Bank, corresponding to the same number and percentage of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank.

Par. 70 section 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offerings and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to an Organized System of Trading, and on Public Companies (Dz. U. 2016, item 1639).
