Kingswalk Investments Limited (AIM: KWI) announces that, on 1 November 2010, it was notified that as at 26 October 2010, Westminster Asset Management Limited controls voting rights in respect of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company, which represents approximately 11.28% of the total voting rights of the Company's issued share capital.
