Felix Group PLC23 June 2006 Felix Group Plc (the "Company") 23 June 2006 Notification of interest The Company has been informed by a letter dated 22 June 2006 that, following atransaction in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") on 21June 2006, New Star Asset Management Limited ("NSAM") is interested in anaggregate of 20,619,494 Shares which represents a holding of 11.29% of the totalissued share capital of 182,658,226 Shares ("Total Shares"). In the same letter,the Company has also been informed that, following the same transaction referredto above, NSAM's client, New Star Hedge Fund Limited is now interested in11,710,025 Shares in the Company which represents a holding of 6.41% of theTotal Shares.
