Barclays Bank PLC announces that it has repurchased and cancelled €50,000,000.00 of aggregate nominal amount of its Series 11492 Class NG Fixed Rate Notes due June 2019 (ISIN XS1842900141) (the "Notes"), issued under its $20,000,000,000 Global Collateralised Medium Term Notes Programme. The aggregate nominal amount of Notes outstanding after the transaction is €250,000,000.00.
