Powerleague Group plc26 January 2006 For immediate release: 26 January 2006 POWERLEAGUE GROUP PLC ("Powerleague" or "the Company") Notice of Results Powerleague, the leading commercial operator of 5-a-side football centres in theUK will be reporting its interim results for the six months ended 31 December2005 on February 28th 2006, which the Directors expect to show further progress. As scheduled two new centres were opened in the first half of the financial yearand additional pitches have been added at existing centres. The companycontinues to trade strongly and is on target to open a third new centre inCoventry in May, prior to the start of the 2006 World Cup. This will bring thetotal number of Powerleague centres to 33.
