Central European Distribution Corp28 February 2007 NOTICE OF REDEMPTION TO THE HOLDERS OF CENTRAL EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION 8% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2012 *ISIN: XS0224445576 XS0224445733 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Indenture dated as ofJuly 25, 2005, as amended and supplemented (the "Indenture"), by and amongCentral European Distribution Corporation (the "Company"), the guarantorsidentified therein and The Bank of New York, as Trustee (the "Trustee"), that,pursuant to paragraph 7 of the above-described Notes (the "Notes") and Section3.1 of the Indenture, the Company will redeem €32,500,000 aggregate principalamount of the outstanding Notes (representing approximately 10% of the originalprincipal amount of the Notes), such that €260,000,000 aggregate principalamount of the Notes (representing approximately 80% of the original principalamount of the Notes and taking into consideration the prior redemption of€32,500,000 aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes on January 19,2007) will remain outstanding after such redemption. The Notes will be redeemed on March 30, 2007 (the "Redemption Date") at a priceequal to 108% of their principal amount, or €1,080 per €1,000 principal amountof the Notes redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, theRedemption Date in the amount of €14.44 per €1,000 principal amount of Notesredeemed (the "Redemption Price"). Upon surrender of the Global Note representingthe original principal amount of the Notes, such Global Note will be returnedwith a notation on Schedule A thereof adjusting the principal amount thereof tobe equal to the unredeemed portion of the Notes.
