Notice of NCSP Group 6M 2016 Financial Results

Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (LSE: NCSP, MoEx: NMTP) hereby announces that it intends to publish consolidated financial results to IFRS for the six months ended June 30, 2016on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 18:00 Moscow time.

Conference call and webcast for investors & analysts will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 17:00 Moscow time. Conference call details shall be announced separately.
