The Company announces that it has today received notification that following an acquisition of 1,550,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company, Henderson Global Investors Ltd is now directly interested in 13,033,037 voting rights of the Company, which represents 6.05% of the current total voting rights of the Company.
