Interim Management Statement and AGM
The Interim Management Statement for Premier Foods for the period from 1 January 2009 to 25 April 2009 will be released at 7.00am on Tuesday, 12 May 2009. This will be followed by a conference call for investors and analysts at 8:30am, the details of which are outlined below.
The Annual General Meeting, as previously announced, will take place at 11.00am on Friday, 22 May 2009 at Insurance Hall, 20 Aldermanbury, London EC2V 7HY.
