Notice of EGM
Following the earlier announcement, the Board changes proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) convened for tomorrow have now become effective, if a quorum is present at the EGM tomorrow the intention will be to adjourn the meeting indefinitely. If no quorum is present the EGM will be automatically dissolved. In view of this the new Board considers there is little benefit in shareholders attending tomorrow's EGM.
