Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Further to the announcement in relation to the conditional grant of options to certain of the Directors of the Company, the Board of Directors of Albert Technologies is pleased to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which is required under Israeli law to ratify such grants, will be held on Wednesday 5 December 2018 at the offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Adelaide House, London Bridge, London EC4R 9HA, United Kingdom at 10.00 a.m. (London time) / 12.00 p.m. (Tel Aviv time).

The Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting will be posted to shareholders of the Company today setting out details of the resolutions seeking shareholders' approval for the options grants. A copy of the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting will also be available on the Company's website www.albert.ai.
