This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 17th May, 2010 to consider, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/ year ended on 31st March, 2010 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for the year 2009-10, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
