The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 10.30 am on Thursday 29 June 2023 at the offices of Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY.

 

The following documents have been made available to shareholders today:

 

a. Notice of AGM; and

b. Form of Proxy.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the above documents have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will be available for viewing shortly at:
