KYIV, UKRAINE - AVANGARDCO INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED (the "Company" or "Avangard"), the leading producer of shell eggs and egg products in Ukraine, announces its Annual General Meeting of the Companies for year 2011 to be held at Sсhorsa Street 7/9, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, at 12:00 noon, local time, on Monday, August 29, 2011

The Board of Directors of the Company is seeking approval of Shareholders to consider and vote upon:

·; the reports of the Directors and auditors of the Company and the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010;

·; the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010;

·; the retiring of Baker Tilly Klitou & Partners Limited, the auditors of the Company;

·; the appointment of KPMG Limited, the newauditors of the Company.
