2018 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

GYG (AIM: GYG), the market leading superyacht painting, supply and maintenance company, today announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF, United Kingdom on 23 May 2019 at 11.30 am.

Hard copies of the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the "Annual Report") incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on or around 17 April 2019. The Annual Report is also available to download from the Company's website at www.gygplc.com within the Investor Relations section.
