Plutus PowerGen (AIM: PPG) the AIM listed power company focused on the development and operation of flexible energy generation projects in the UK, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of DMH Stallard LLP, 6 New Street Square, New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 3BF at 11:30 a.m. on 1 November 2018.
The Notice of AGM and Forms of Proxy are being posted to shareholders today and the Notice of AGM will be available on the Group's website at www.plutuspowergen.com.
