Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc (AIM: DFCH), a specialist bank providing working capital solutions to dealers and manufacturers across the UK, today announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at St James' Building, 61-95 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 6EJ on 24 May 2023 at 9.00 a.m. 

The Annual Report in respect of the year ended 31 December 2022, together with the Notice of General Meeting and Form of Proxy, was posted to shareholders on 24 April 2023 and copies of which are available at www.dfcapital-investors.com. If it becomes necessary or appropriate to revise the current arrangements for the Annual General Meeting, further information will be published on the Company's website at www.dfcapital-investors.com, by RIS announcement and by any other means legally required at that time.
