Kedco, the Irish-based energy group focusing on green-energy production in the UK and Ireland, is pleased to announce that the first Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Unit 1, Eastgate Avenue, Eastgate Business Park, Little Island, Cork, Ireland on 18 December 2009 at 10.30 a.m.

The annual report and accounts have been posted to shareholders today and are available for viewing on the Company's website; www.kedco.com.
