Jubilant announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 am (Central European Time) on Tuesday, 29th September, 2015 at E7 Trust BV, Oranje Nassaulaan 55-1, 1075 AK Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31st March, 2015 has been sent to shareholders.
