Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 September 2014

Filtronic plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has made available its 2014 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") to view on the Company's website www.filtronic.com/Investors and will shortly be available through the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

The AGM will be held on 26 September 2014 ("AGM") at 11am at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 1 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5AB and paper copies of the AGM notice will be sent to shareholders on 26 August 2014.
