Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Macfarlane Group's AGM will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday 9 May 2023 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central, 36 Cambridge Street, Glasgow G2 3HN.
The Group's Notice of AGM was posted to shareholders on 31 March 2023 and is also available on the Company's website: www.macfarlanegroup.com.
As set out in the Group's Notice of AGM, this will be an in-person AGM. Shareholders may ask questions regarding the business of the AGM in advance by emailing agmquestions@macfarlanegroup.com.
A copy of the Group's Notice of Meeting for Macfarlane Group PLC's Annual General Meeting on 9 May 2023 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
