NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited announces that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30am on 9 August 2018, at the registered office of the Company at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HL.

NESF is a specialist investment company that invests primarily in operating solar power plants in the UK. It is able to invest up to 15% of its Gross Asset Value in operating solar power plants in OECD countries outside the UK.
