Merchant House announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10 a.m. on 17 December 2008 at the offices of Grundberg Mocatta Rakison LLP, Imperial House, 15 - 19 Kingsway, London, WC2B 6UN.
