Notice of 4Q 2023 Earnings Release Schedule

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KS005930, KS005935, SMSN, SMSD) ("SEC") on January 31, 2024will announce its 4Q 2023 financial results via conference call starting at 10:00 a.m. Korea StandardTime (UTC+09:00).
