on the Publication of Preliminary Consolidated Financial Results for 2018

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that it publishes on February 15, 2019, 8:30 AM (Romania time) the 2018 Unaudited Consolidated Preliminary Results, as follows:

· on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro; 

· on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;

· on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Annual Reports - 2018.

The 2018 Preliminary Consolidated Annual Report is based on financial information prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards and will be available at the Company's headquarters, located in Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County.

For the purpose of presenting and discussing the preliminary results, the following events are scheduled on the same day:

Ø a press conference, starting with 10:00 AM (Romania time), organized in Bucharest. The press conference will be held in Romanian;

Ø a conference call with investors and financial analysts, starting with 2:00 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English. Attendance information is available on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations section - News & Events.

Starting with February 15, 2019, Group presentations will be available on www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations section - Investor Presentations.
