NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L), a leading provider of software, consultancy and technology enabled outsourcing in its key markets, being Insurance, Telecommunications and their related sectors is pleased to announce the appointment of David Scott Currie as a further non-executive director.

David has worked within the financial sector for over 20 years, and his appointment has been supported by key major shareholders due to his reputation and track record within the City.

David recently established Codex Capital Partners and for the prior 10 years David (aged 44) headed Investec Bank plc's Investment Banking division. As part of Investec's UK management and investment committee, he oversaw more than 100 clients in both the public and private markets and worked on a wide variety of transactions across many sectors.

David is currently or has been a director of the following companies within the last 5 years:

TrialReach Limited

Evolution Securities Limited*

Globrix Limited (dissolved)*

The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies in connection with the appointment of David Currie.
