(the "Company") Corporate Synergy Plc has resigned as the Company's Nominated Advisor and Brokerwith effect from 20 February 2007. Should the Company fail to appoint a new Nominated Adviser within one month oftoday, however, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares will be cancelledin accordance with the AIM Rules.
