New member of the Supervisory Board - workers' representative appointed

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Stock Exchange and applicable legislation Nova Ljubljanska banka, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notice:

The bank has received from the Workers Council of Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Ljubljana on January 22, 2021 an information that the Workers Council has elected Tadeja Žbontar Rems as member of the Supervisory Board of the bank - representative of workers. Her term of office shall run from January 22, 2021 and last until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of NLB d.d. that decides on the allocation of distributable profit for the fourth financial year after her election, counting the year in which she was appointed as the first one.
