New Letting Agreement

CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") CLS ACHIEVES FULL OCCUPANCY AT WESTMINSTER TOWER, LONDON, SE1

The Board of CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce the letting of the last available floor at Westminster Tower, 3 Albert Embankment, London, SE1.

A new lease to Trustwave Limited ("Trustwave") has completed on the remaining 8th floor, comprising 3,100 sq ft (288 sq m). Trustwave has signed a five year lease at a rent of ‚£113,150 per annum (‚£36.50 per sq ft / ‚£392.90 per sq m) with an option to determine upon the expiry of the third year. Three months rent free was granted plus a further two months should the break option not be exercised.

Westminster Tower is a landmark building on the Southbank, comprising 47,600 sq ft (4,422 sq m) of multi let offices over 15 floors. Trustwave join other occupiers including Westminster Live, Temenos UK, Paling Walters and The British Red Cross Society.

NB Real Estate and EA Shaw acted on behalf of CLS Holdings, Trustwave was unrepresented.

Executive Chairman of CLS, Sten Mortstedt, commented:
