BeST, a state-controlled mobile GSM 900/1800 operator, launched its services inDecember 2005. The partnership with BSG Clearing Solutions will enable BeST to minimise thebusiness impact of handling the growing volumes of clearing data transactions.In addition to the traditional data clearing services, BSG is also offeringmanagement and negotiation of roaming agreements and TAP creation - which allowstimely tariffing and re-tariffing of data to be taken directly from themediation device. The initial duration of the contract will be two years.
