The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 May 2010 was 87.12p per share.
The net asset value is stated after deducting the interim dividend of 2.5p per share which went ex-dividend on 19 May 2010 and will be paid on 7 June 2010.
