- US ENHANCED INCOME CELL (the "USEI Cell")

The Company announces that the net asset value of a Class A Sterling Hedged US Enhanced Income Preference Share in the USEI Cell was 115.13 pence.

The Company announces that the net asset value of a Class B Unhedged US Dollar US Enhanced Income Preference Share in the USEI Cell was 114.91 cents.

- UK ENHANCED INCOME CELL (the "UKEI Cell")

The Company announces that the net asset value of a UK Enhanced Income Preference Share in the UKEI Cell was 82.25 pence.
