Net Asset Value The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of theOrdinary Shares at 28 February 2014 was 100.65p per share. An interim dividend of 8.0p per share is payable on 7 March 2014 to members onthe register as of 21 February 2014. The interim dividend of 8.0p per share has been deducted from the net assetvalue of the Ordinary Shares at 28 February 2014 as the ex-dividend date is 19February 2014.
