The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that, following the payment of an interim dividend of 3.0p per share on 31 March 2017, the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 March 2017 was 88.23p per share (February 2017: 90.96p per share).
