Net Asset Value(s)

The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 28 February 2017 was 94.91p per share.

An interim dividend of 3.0p per share has been declared and is payable on 31 March 2017 to members on the register as of 10 March 2017. The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 15 March 2017.

The interim dividend of 3.0p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 28 February 2017 as the ex-dividend date is 9 March 2017.
