The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 May 2012 was 97.36p per share.
The net asset value is stated after deducting the interim dividend of 2.5p per share which went ex-dividend on 30 May 2012 and will be paid on 15 June 2012.
