The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 23 November 2016 was 90.73p per share.

Subject to the recommended merger of the Company and Baronsmead VCT 5 plc becoming effective on 30 November 2016, the net asset value of the Company's shares as at 23 November 2016 will be used for the purposes of the merger calculation.
