This net asset value excludes the second dividend of 5 pence per share paid toshareholders on 5 January 2007 in respect to the year ended 31 March 2007 andthe first dividend of 5 pence per share payable to shareholders on 5 April 2007in respect to the new financial year ended 31 March 2008.
