The Net Asset Value is prepared on a cash basis whereas the financial statements are prepared in accordance with the applicable United Kingdom Accounts Standards on an accruals basis, this may result in some differences between the reported Net Asset Value at October and April and the unaudited interim and audited year end balance sheets as at those dates.
