The Company is pleased to provide its monthly net asset value per share ("NAV") update.

As at 31 January 2020, the unaudited estimated NAV (Cum Income) per Ordinary Share (ISIN GB00BVG6X439) was 94.16 pence.

This NAV has been calculated by Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services LLC.

v Building on its strong performance recorded in 2019, the Company generated a total NAV return of 0.89% for January;

v The gross revenue return was 1.19%, the net revenue return was 0.79% and the capital return was 0.10%; and

v The trailing twelve-month total NAV return for the Company is 11.60%.
